I hang out with him everyday, because we have 4th period together. He flirts with me a lot, and talks to me a lot. We text a lot too. He nudges me, and teases me. He says hi to me in front of his friends, which is a plus because he is two grades older than me. I think he likes me;; and I really like him. Does he? :]]
Update: He already hangs out with me at the rec. i invite him, and he definitely comes. he gets me stuff, like an icee or gum. He is my "rec buddy" and I am his. im very comfortable with him, and he is with me...

Sounds like it. If he texts you out of school and asks randomly "hows your day", "whats up", etc. Then he's probably very interested.
If you wanted to take it to the next level, I would suggest taking that first step and asking him to hang outside of school. Guys love it when girls make the first move. Less stress for them. And don't even worry about getting turned down! If everything you said is true, he'll definitely take up the offer.
Sounds like he likes you, judging by him nudging and teasing you. This usually means a guy likes you:) He obviously doesn't mind if his friends know or not, because he says hi to you, in front of them. It sounds like he's falling for you, in my opinion anyway:)
