Make yourself less available to her. Next time she calls you tell her you are meeting some friend out or something. Girls like a slight challenge, especially if they think they cannot have you. She has small interest in you, but you are not proving your worth to her. Make yourself more valuable by showing her that you have important things and people to deal with. Be less available, but still friendly.
