I really like this guy but I don't know if he likes me, we text like every day, we don't go out very often but we do hook up. I have no clue if he feels something for me I think he does because he does or says things that make me thing it but I'm not too sure, what are some things guys would do if they liked a girl and were in the situation I'm in

A lot of guys don't let on how they feel too early in the relationship because they really don't know how they feel or they haven't really gotten to know you yet. He evidently has some type of interest in you or else he wouldn't be hanging out with you or texting you all the time. If he didn't like you, he would be trying to cut it off with you! So, I would take that as a positive thing. Personally, I would give the dude whatever space he needs and trust that he will let you know how he feels about you in his own timing. If you rush or push things, you may push him away. Guys like to feel free - not claustrophobic, so the more healthy freedom you can show him, the better chance you will have of him opening up to you about how he feels in the future. Just my personal opinion - hope it helps.
