Signs of interest from shy girls? How would they show it? How do they show disinterest?

I'm very shy.

When I don't like a guy, I'll avoid eye contact, not say much, and avoid him by pretending to be busy.

When I do like a guy, I'll make eye contact sometimes but mostly be looking down... probably blushing, but I don't really know since I can't see my face (and I'm fair-skinned, so it happens real easy). I definitely won't avoid him, but I may not be the most chatty. I'll still be there, but won't close myself off by working on or reading something.

I'm sure its hard to tell a difference... but I think the one thing that probably is the most different for me is how much I smile. I can't help but smile when a guy I like is talking to me... oh and nervous habits, like playing with my hair (although sometimes I just do that as a habit, not because I'm feeling anything necessarily).

not only shy girls but girls in general will play the whole eye cntact game with you. you know, they will look away when you catch them looking at you. but I guess a shy girl wouldn't dare look at you for the second time, because she would be too afraid of you catching her looking again. a shy girl would never ever approach you even if she thought you were the love of her life. lol but if her friends or any of your friends happen to mention her to you then she probably told them to do it! and like all girls a shy girl wouldn't look at someone she's not interested in.

im very shy, and with guys I don't like or am interested in or anything, I avoid eye contact, am pretty formal and don't really care to know more about them...

but with the guy I have a crush on or liiikeeee...i stare at him whenever I get a chance, I make eye contact and look away being shy and blushing, and I'm always smiling either at him or to myself looking down at my feet, I always try to be around him and be closer to him, and if he asks me for favors or help, I'm there in an instant, and will hang out with him any chance I get...

Some things you might notice:

-she avoids eye contact, or at least tries to

-while talking she tries to do stuff, ie. rumage through a backpack/purse, head tilted down with an excuse

-while in a group, she'll try to talk to you indirectly, like to the whole group even if she wants to talk to you, and she'll hope you're the one that answers

it also depends how close friends you are

Blushing, you catch her looking at you, she smiles every time you talk to her or approach her, she'll walk by you. . . A LOT and find excuses to be around you. These are all things I'm guilty of and I'm pretty shy even if I'm friends with the guy. Also if she seems a little nervous or always agrees to hang out with you are pretty good signs.

It's so hard for you guys to know. I am very shy when I first meet someone. I will actually be friendlier to someone I don't like. I get super nervous around someone I like and will avoid eye contact! I think a sign is a girl whose eye you catch and she looks away quickly.

I am a very shy girl and this is what I do when I see the guy I like:

- I freeze- if I see him out of the corner of my eye I kinda sneak a peek at him and them continue what I was doing b4 or I try not to notice because I will blush or make a fool out of myself

i tend to talk louder when he's around or say more interesting things that we have in common

i stare! that's a total sign because when I do that I'm wayyy to scared to talk to him or I lock eyes with him while we are walking

disinterest is the best thing you can get from me, actually! if I really like someone I'll avoid / ignore them. I'm way too shy lol

im super shy and usually if I like a guy I will look at him a lot that's pretty much all I do becuase I'm scared of rejection

eye contact, and if she's shy then the guy should go up to her and get her to smile...=)
