No, you did nothing wrong.from first impression if he's acting like he didn't get the note. MAYBE he really didn't get the note. And if he did he ignores it for 1 of these reasons: 1. He's afraid to ruin friendship 2. He doesn't know how he should react to the note 3. He is afraid to bind himself to 1 girl 4. ? There are probably more reasons but I can't think of any that fast.
