This may sound silly but happens to me all the time lol (probably because I'm in college).
Usually when a woman walks up to me and talks like that, she almost immediately is on the receiving end of a verbal slap to the face.
Example: (After a girl pops the sex question) Girl with big boobs: why won't you acknowledge me? Me: Because I heard you have the clap.
Not to sound arrogant but I'm picky about people I hook up with, and associate myself with. If a woman parades around and comes on to me like a whore, than I will treat her like one. But if she commands respect, I will treat her with the utmost respect.
I find it a lot more attractive when a female flirts first, and makes the guy do a little work

I really can't see that happening but if it happen with someone I already knew, it would be GREAT. If this happens to be a total stranger it would be a turn off. If you want him just make it easy for him to flirt with you. Seduce him with wit and sexuality the experience for the both of you would be better at the end of the night. First you would know that you wanted him all along and got him and he would feel great. Half the fun for a guy to land a babe on the first day is that it makes you feel like your irresistible and have good game. It is really not about the sex.
