OK so I've been flirting non-stop with this guy at work, and he seems to be flirting back. Like once I grabbed his tie and he started laughing and we looked at each other and now I grab it all the time and he doesn't mind(he actually looks into my eyes with a cute face) . He constantly touches me whether its my shoulders, my back, or just a little push. He also doesn't like seeing me upset and unhappy because from what he said it makes him unhappy so I should always smile. So another question is what are some other ways I can show him non-verbally that I like him?and is he actually interested or just a flirt?
I would definitely ask him if he wants to go get coffee or do something away from work sometime. Personally it always feels a little uncomfortable or awkward trying to flirt at a work setting. And if he's constantly touching you and smiling then I would say he's pretty interested.
If you decide to say something, don't just say that you like him. Be more subtle about it. Ask him out to coffee or lunch, or something more intimate than a work setting but less intimate than a full on date right away. No matter how much a guy likes you, if you move in too quickly before he gets a chance to say he likes you first, he'll shy away. I don't know why they do it, but they do. I have a lot of guy friends and that's always how it turns out, so be subtle, but show him without verbally telling him.
I have the same problem, I like this guy at work but my guy is weird he avoids sometimes after a kiss that happened between him and I but he so always looks at me and seems to get nervous around me and jumpy I think he likes me he just is intimidated.
As for you he so likes you especially with the way he feels when you are unhappy you have to go out as a group or you two and have drinks dance and flirt with him while dancing or just tell him he might think you do not like him so just find out.

But honestly you should just tell him or ask him out for coffee."hinting" just wastes time
i believe he is interested! he is obviously crushing, so quite doubting yourself and wondering. some other ways you can flirt with him is, smile at him and when he looks and smiles back turn around real fast, it will get him wondering. also, talk to him in a whisper, and when he doesn't hear you, he will bend down and you can tell him in his ear. that will get him curious, also just play more with him, sit closer to him, push his back when he is in front of you, giggle while your with him, and when he asks what's so funny, just say nothin.
