He could be giving you signs yes, as the guy below me put it, and he's mostly likely right. The guy is pretty intense, no doubt--so it basically means what you want it to mean.if that makes sense. If your in a closed environment alone, then the dude is def giving you some signs for something. Whatever it is, is in his head. If you're in a public environment, he's probably showing some deepset emotions. Staring is no push over flirt--but don't over-analyze it.

Well when a guy stare straight in your eyes and doesn't move this is a good sign. He likes you and rather save the moment in his memory. He rather look at you than worry about the date. This isn't bad at all this just shows that he cares.

Well I use to think it meant that he really liked you and felt something special about you. I'm not too sure anymore because I've gotten that type of stares from a certain guy and he hasn't made his move.maybe he's just an odd case. In your case I think you might have someone really special who cares about you, I'd hold onto him esp at your age
