Why do guys do this? Whenever I mention another guy, someone I've met recently, or any guy for that matter, he starts to tease me and ask me if I've fallen in love with him (whatever guy I just mentioned) yet?!?! And then he goes on to feeling kind of awkward and pretends to be bored so I wouldn't speak about -whoever I spoke about (if he's a guy)- anymore! xD
Maybe he's interested in you as more than a friend.
From my experience, once you get in your 20s (for males anyway), being simply friends with a woman is awkward and not really worth it.
He probably wants to sex you and is turned off by the fact that you're talking about other guys. As a general rule, men do not want to hear about other men from a woman. It's as simple as that. I barely tolerate that kind of whining with my own sister.
