Ok so you don't need to be a size zero to be skinny. Just like below a 6. Seriously wooooow that's lame. But ya what I did was not eat and if I was starving and felt like I was gonna pass out I'd eat a yogurt or like string cheese and that's it. Ohh and ginger ale works good to help fill you up. But yaa a lot of running and sit ups too. You can't be lazy and just not eat you have to exercise or you'll just gain it all back.
