My question is, can a guy get turned on just by accidentally witnessing a girl scratching her shoulder and moving a little bit of her shirt aside, so she can reach that itchy place, and with that him seeing her bra strap?

Us guys are easy.tight t-shirts, tight jeans.or sweatshirts.its all the same. If a woman walked in one minute in a long attractive dress with her shoulders covered.or she walked in the room in a thong panties/bra set.the fact is, that us men are going to study her body until we find something that we should be aroused over.
