I need help asking a girl out!!

I have almost the same problem and this worked for me: Act like she is a really good friend. Have a friend start a rumor that you might ask her out and look for her reaction. Smile at her a lot and when you feel like its right ask her out. If she says no play it cool like nothing happened!

Well if you don't ask her you'll never know if she likes you too. And if you wait too long it might be too late. I think you should start by first talking to her and getting to know her then if you still like her then ask her out so she knows a little about you too

Well since its been a long time just try to talk to her about the old good days...You know when you used to talk...Start slowly and give each other time to catch up on each other's lives.. Get comfortable with each other first. You don't want to scare her by asking her out the first time you approach her after such a long time. If you haven't seen each other in a while why don't you guys catch up? See what similar interests you guys share and maybe ask her if she wants to hang out.
