And also - I texted him last night. He texted back tonight apologizing because he meant to text back and forgot... but most of the time, would you even bother to text back at all?
It could mean he likes you or it also could mean he just likes to have fun. I don't see anything wrong with apologizing for not getting back to you about something, really it sounds like he's just being honest and sincere...that doesn't mean he is needy or anything else.
well he seems a bit needy right now, he should def. not have apologized for not "getting back to you right away", makes it look like he can't live without you, yeah I'm sure that is good for you, but if all he's doing is texting you, that means he's "got no life"... umm, play fighting through text, it CAN be considered flirting, but it really SHOULDNT be you know, just try to do it in person, its easier and costs less
