I really like this lad I think he may like me too how can I get him to notice me? I mean I flirt with him already but I'm a bit of a flirt. I work in a bar so really I'm there too keep them happy and tell them what they wanna here to a degree. If a stripper or a bar girl flirts with me, I know it's all part of the act so I never want to be "That-guy" who falls for one.

How about letting him know when you get off so that you and him can chat? That'll add some authenticity and it will let him know you are genuinely interested. Not just flirting for the Tips.
