I like to ask a girl out when she is away from her girl friends. Girls tend to turn guys down who ask them out in front of there friends. I don't know why. And I like to ask a girl out after she needs help. If a girl drops her books or asks for help it creates the perfect opportunity for us to help the girl. And that creates agreat opportunity to ask her out. Give a guy a chance to help you and you give him the chance to tell you how he feels.
I guess guys will usually ask a girl out whenever he feels the girl needed some "help" or when the girl is trying to ask him to do her a favour. But some guys will still ask a girl out if he really wants to see her and just be with her.
