Ok, so there's this guy I met in work a few months ago. We hang out, we go out to the local nightclub together, he even came to the gay club with me when my mate asked me to go. He has told me so many times that he has a huge crush on me. I told him that I like him a lot too. He was out last saturday with some friends and when I went over and gave another male friend of mine a hug and hung out with him for the night, the guy I like walked out. His friends then told me that they are constantly taking the piss out of him because he really likes me and is always talking about me but hasn't asked me out yet. This has been going on for like 3 months now. I'm beginning to think that he doesn't even like me. Can someone please explain what's going on because the longer it goes on, the more I like him. Thanks

Update: I did it. I took your advice and made the first move. Well not really, but kind of. I sent him a text asking if he's busy. He said "no, why? " I said "want to go hang out for a bit? " he said "cinema at 9? We can get hot chocolate too if you want. "    8 months ago

If I am getting this right. He might actually have such a fear of rejection even if its a 99% chance you won't say no he still won't cause here is still that 1% chance you will. So you have two options (if you really do like him that is) 1)You bite the bullet and ask him your self no harm in doing that at all. 2) You keep doing it the way you are but play up the you liking him a bit more but not too much and drive him away because you all of a sudden have gotten weird.

The reason he walked out is because he got jealous! It's o obvious! If he says he likes you and you like him then there is something you need to do. If he isn't going to make the move then it is your time to do it! Even though most girls don't like to that don't mean anything! If you want something then you need to go for it, otherwise you might never get what you want!
*good luck*
