Relax and ask him out for coffee... during the day! Perhaps ask if he'd like to meet up for lunch or challenge him to a game of pool in the pub.... but be casual about it, just drop it into a convo and see what he says :) Get his number when he agrees to go out somewhere with you... not during the same convo as the one asking him out for lunch etc! Hope that helps! It hasn't gone wrong for me yet!... ok only once, but he was REALLY immature! All the rest have been fine, and the one that went wrong was several years back when I was 15!
