Ahhh. He drives me crazy. Ok. So every time he's with his friends he always sneaky peaks at me and pretend I'm looking somewhere beside him.
Every time he catches me looking at him, he smiles. Sometimes he sends me mixed feeling, I guess. So I need some help.
Update: No I'm not staring at him the whole time. Just quick glances. With the mixed feeling, he plays with my hands one day then the next he barely even talks to me, and he looks like he's deep in thought. :/

I'd say he definitely likes you. Lots of young guys are absolutely terrified of approaching girls, especially when there are other people about. Try to find a way of getting him somewhere alone with you if you can. Then YOU do the talking. Push the situation along a bit by suggesting the two of you do something together. You could do yourself (and him) a big favour.
Are you staring at him the whole time? When a girl stares at me, I tend to sneak peeks back too because I am wondering what she wants. If you aren't staring, then I think he might like you. You should try saying "hi" and see what happens! =O)
