Well it depends... My cousin for example has a crush on a punter at the bar where she works. She's a flirty girl, yes, but she gives him a special treatment, i.e. looks, smiles and talks to him more than anyone else.
Yeah, they love flirting. It means you're a sucker and you're probably going to raise the tip. Don't get me wrong, a bartender may actually be interested. But to find that out you'll have to talk outside of the bar atmosphere.
