Are you a shy type?.....If so then get one of her friends to ask her for you or one of your friends. If your not then be a man and go up to her. Ask her if you could talk to her and then tell her. But if that doesn't work then tell her to give you a chance. If not then move on and find some other girl. Thats what I would do. :)
