Idk I smoked a hookah once and I didn't think it was too bad. After like 19 or 20 years old you have an extremely low chance of becoming addicted to cigarettes, so I would guess the occasional hookah would be okay. I went with my boyfriend because he quit smoking, so it's a good way for him to allow himself to enjoy the feeling of tobacco every once in a while. I'm no expert though. :) Enjoy.
The effects on me are that it makes everything look prettier in a lightheaded kind of way. Things that looked ordinary to me when I walked in looked mysterious and pretty and stylish when I walked out... Except for the people who looked really old from smoking, they still looked bad. For me it seemed like a nice escape, something to take your mind off worrying and worries, but not something you can rely on all the time for an escape. - 4 months ago

i tried it quite a few times...its overrated, doesn't get you addicted its just a fun social thing...im not sure about how bad its for you, I was fine after, just kinda light headed...but then again I puffed it may be like 10 times and that's it...which isn't much, if you puff it for hours and hours than its bad...

If you're talking about tobacco...yes, it's bad for you. If you're talking about the other thing...the only thing bad is that it's smoke in your lungs..but in moderation..it's much healthier than tobacco.
