Ok I've just started doing exercise and eating healthy my goal is to be 119 pounds I weigh a 130 but mostly I just want to get a flat stomach and get rid of love handles as much as I can how long until I start seeing results because I'm going on holidays in2 and half months and want to look my best.

Do what I did. Go out and get a great book, LL Cool J's platinum workout. There's a section for women at the back and gives details on what workout you should be doing on which day of the week, how many reps of everything. It has detailed pics of every workout and tells you what do you and and alternative if your gym doesn't have the same equipment. The work out he has designed for women is made to be finished within a month, you could stretch it out to 2 months. And get the same results without the commitment of going to a gym everyday

I did his gold workout and I have lost over 30lbs of fat, and put on another10 of muscle. I feel great and look even better. And there's nothing like fitting into those high school clothes lol

It's different for everyone.
if you really stick to your healthy diet and exercise regularly. I would say maybe within 2 weeks you'll start seeing some results, but that is just me. (not healthy but I fluctuate a lot)
some people I know have a really hard time no matter what they do, and to be honest I wouldn't want any woman to starve themselves to look "good".

I was preparing for a half marathon and my schedule had me running at first ~10 miles a week with 2 weight lifting sessions. Later weeks I got up to 20 miles a week. I had a pretty chubby stomach but my friend, who I was running with, told me he could notice it was definitely getting smaller and this was around 2 weeks of running.

I would say just be consistent and hopefully your body will follow the amount of effort you are putting in! :]

Spinning & such gives you muscular legs. so if your going for tone that's good. But jogging is the best for skinny legs.

Answerer Well I don't think you can choose where to lose fat. I think you can pick where to tone but not lose extra weight. Maybe I'm wrong though I don't know. - 6 months ago
