I don't know what would make you assume that. I think that if it continues this way then you'll know what to do to stop it but I don't see why your mother would act that way. My mother likes to get massages and it changes all the time. From her back to her legs and so on. I don't think you should question it as long as she doesn't go further.

Depends how she ask you, what part you mean by legs and what job/things she do. If she's asking you in flirting way then maybe something wrong. If her job is a job where she need to run to places or knee down to carry stuff then maybe she just want her legs massage because of tiredness.
