I'm Stuck in a dream, any advice?

Recently I've been having these dreams that happen every night. They are all about 4-5mins, but still wake me up at night. In one I am trapped in a room that's dark with no windows and all I hear is Ashanti's song "the way I love you playing" and in the dream that lasts the length of the song all I'm doing is trying to find a way out.

The next dream that happens is the length of Trey Songz "last time" and I'm in the same room, but there is a window and I can see the moon shining so it must be night, only I'm not trying to escape like in the previous dream I'm just standing against the wall thinking and looking out the window... &
The last of the dreams is when Chris Brown's song Fallen Angel plays... In the beginning I'm falling off a building and I see my current boyfriend and my best male friend on top of the roof, from which it seems I just fell, and they see me falling but turn and walk away one at a time (my best male friend leaving first). Then I land on my feet and meet a faceless guy who has this positive energy and I see different scenes until towards the end of the song when I'm falling again and the dream starts over. I usually wake up screaming in a sweat because one I'm afraid of heights & two I don't usually have dreams...
I just want to know if there's anything I can do to make them stop, short of taking pills or not going to sleep as I have not been to sleep for 2days? Or any advice?

try to have a glass of warm milk before you go to sleep, it will help you sleep better and warmer
