can I make a suggestion? maybe try working out to get your anger out. kickboxing, boxing or running. that's what I've been doing for the past 3 weeks. I just imagine my ex's face meeting my fist. lol mind you, I'd never physically hurt him but imagining it kinda helps me get over him.
