i just got off my braces. I have to wear a retainer now but for some odd reason the bottom retainer hurts a lot to take off and put on. is that because the retainer is too small or is that how its supposed to go? plz answer urgently
Wearing my retainer hurt for at least a few days to week after I got my braces taken off. As long as you wear it regularly it should stop feeling uncomfortable after some time.
