HE SHY!
Come on, I know you see that.
Have you ever thought that he just doesn't like to dance?
I mean, I only dance if I'm completely comfortable. [Environment-wise]
If you like him, accept who he is, and don't try to force him to do something he doesn't want to do. I intend to sound mean or anything like that.
You also have to take into account that he might not be feeling you like that, or enough to were he will just let you see him make a fool of himself.
I hope that helped.

[Also, you really need to clean this up.
I mean you grammar is horrible.
I'm sure many people want to respond, but they can't if they can't read it]

Sincerely,
A Loving Black Man

He's probably a shitty dancer. Just take him to a club or something like that

He can't dance. Well that's how it is with me. I have to admit that I'm 19 in 6 months but I cannot dance. I would always say that I don't like the song, or laugh it off and change the subject or something. IF that is the case he would only do anything until he can dance. I've just come to learn that I don't care what people think, I just gotta learn. So I go out there and have a fun time, regardless of what people think. If you can make him think that way, or teach him to dance the problem is solved.
