Okay so I need help about my upper arms they are like to thick that they look like a guys,so how do I work on them I want them thiner and smaller.plz help

First of all, you need testosterone and HEAVY weights to get big arms. Stay with lighter weights and go for a jog and do some aerobics. Getting back in shape is SO much easier at y our age, so don't even complain.

yea see for guys when it comes to fat and weight we either turn the fat into muscle or cardio our ass and lose it like that but its usually we lift weights, girls bodies differ from guys that's why its easy for guys to lose weight fast and it takes longer and more work for girls to attain what they want because their body is meant to maintain the weight lol, if you lift weights it will lean out your muscles trust me just don't over do it
You can't just lose fat on one part of your body. That's just not possible. Everybody have different ratio of fat through out their body. You have to lose them all through out your boyd. All you can do is to tone up your arms with weights. Light weight, more reps. You are a girl. Even if you do heavy weights, you don't have horomones to get big like guys do without steroids. Do enough cardio to burn fat. But don't overdo it because if you do too much your body will start burning muscles.
Yes. You want to start lifting weights. If you're a beginner, I recommend you get a person to help you starting out. You don't want to hurt you joints pull your muscles. Always warm up first and ease into it. Once you get the hang of it, you'll have fun with it and you'll start learning to love your arms when you start to see the results. - 2 months ago

My ideal first date would probably be somewhere nice, not too fancy. I can go anywhere and eat, you can even bring me to a food court. Going to the movies will be fun too.
