My friend is turning 16 this year & she was trying to think of something to get everyone for party favors. I thought of the idea of giving out garters(the things brides wear on one of their legs on their wedding day) that say "_____'s Sweet 16". But I'm not so sure that the guys would like them that much. So I was wondering if y'all had any ideas on what we can get the guys that won't be too expensive?
Usually, when someone is 16, and her friends are 16, she doesn't give out "party favors". The reason for this is exactly why you're having a problem. When you get older you don't really care about cheap 2 dollar action figure toys or confetti, so then giving gifts become incredible hard.
I stopped giving/receiving party favors before my thirteenth birthday (at least). If you HAVE to give the guys something, just give them candy and a deck of cards. I really can't think of anything else.
