I don't know what you mean by "attached". I've been with my boyfriend for 4.5 months and I wouldn't say I'm attached to him. I love being with him and he's mean a lot to me, but I wouldn't say that I'm attached to him. I think that has a pretty negative connotation.
If a girl is really needy,to an extreme, a few days. If she's not very needy, then months, possibly a year. I got attached to one of my exes with in 2 months of being with him. We ended being together for almost 2 years. Im not sure but I think the quicker someone gets attached the more successful the relationship. But I think the attachment would have to be mutual.
It depends on the person and the situation. I'd say probably anywhere from a few days to a few months.

Definitely some place relaxing, but noting too distracting. a casual place to eat sounds nice, maybe a park or something afterwards. I like being able to look into someone's eyes, and then walking would give me a chance to talk. I'd end the first date light, simple hug is fine.
