I guess that depends on how full they are.and how you wear them.
In general terms, I like full lips as long as they are not stuck in a given mood. Too often I find that girls with full lips think they need to pucker them all the time, or have them in a pouty lower lip syndrome. Don't do that. Full lips can be very beautiful and sexy, natural, soft.
Guys do prefer full lips as appose to non-full lips. My lips are not full or thin. They are I guess perfect or average - whatever you wanna call it. But f*** I wish I had full lips. In any case, lucky you. Be confident about your full lips :)
I too have full lips and guys do seem to like them. Plump, full, red lips especially are a sign of fertility as it subconsciously reminds men of a vagina in an aroused state, or so I have read.

What is your favorite outfit for a night out with friends?
I love clothes that are sexy, chic, and comfortable. It all depends on where we're going, but whatever the occasion, place, or outfit may be, I always make sure to accent my outfit with enough accessories to dazzle, but not too much to wear it looks gaudy.I wear shoes that make me taller, either stiletto boots or strappy sandals and also a lot of pink and black because those are most flattering.
How do you style your hair and do your make-up?
My hair is naturally curly/wavy, so I'll either wear it like that or I'll straighten it. It goes down to the middle of my back so I like to play with a lot of different styles. And as for makeup, I go through a lot to make it look natural. When I go out at night though, I'll create a dramatic look with a little extra eyeliner and some lipstick, because I always wear gloss during the day.
