Hey I'm really bored of life. There's nothing exciting. I have tried out everything. There are just studies or work for money. I have a girlfriend/money/party everything but still life has no meaning for me. Can you tell me what should I do?

I can empathize because I went through the same phase in my life where I felt as am living just for the sake of it... Try to list down everything that you like to do. Include stuff that you've always wished to do and places that you wanted to go. No matter how far fetched. Then do them... at least one at a time.

Do the old cliche of "doing at least one thing every day that scares you"... or in this instance, that is completely different from what you always do. It could be as simple as taking a different route to work. Or listening to music that you were never into... striking conversation with strangers... or signing up for volunteer work as marisa said... or trying to dine out in a restaurant you never go to...

Just shake things up... remember life doesn't have to be a routine... we always have a choice... hope that helps... oh, and ask yourself what you are most passionate about... whatever it is, do it... ciao..

Do you have any passions at all? Causes, volunteer work, sports, or anything else that you can devote some time to?

I'd recommend:

1. Seeing a doctor and possibly getting on medication
2. Volunteering for something wherein you work with people who are unbelievably grateful for your help...it may spark some passion you didn't even know you had
3. Exercise - if you don't already - work up a sweat.

Good luck and hang in there.

Cut yourself, because you're now officially emo.

Not really, just do something good. You'd be surprised how awesome it feels to help out someone, and you usually make a good friend, and they usually have other cool shit to do that you haven't seen yet.

That-Guy Everyone and their mothers go through this little self pity and depressed mode. Snap yourself out and figure out what happiness is to you instead of opinions from strangers. I for one would like a TTurbo supra, I can RIP after that. - 10 months ago

I agree with the first post by a girl. Man, if you don't have any passions at all, I'd go see someone about possibly having a form of depression - one of the signs is lacking passion in things you used to enjoy.

On the other hand it could just be that you have outgrown your routine and you need to incorporate something new; as the lady said, volunteer in a program, get a new hobby, try out a new sport or just... I dunno...paint a wall.

Exercise will actually really help as it releases chemicals into your body that help promote happiness within the body, and also makes you feel better about yourself.

Good luck, stay tough
