I Need to lose wieght in 5 days how can I do this? please anything will help or ill try anything, this is seriously important. and no I don't want to hear "do it the right way and you will and it will take months weeks year."

Wake up early in the morning and run like one mile than eat low fat food.

Answerer Yeah it does! I lost 20 lbs in about 3 months. but ofcourse you have to eat right, even if you do not have apetite and exercise. Even if you do not exercise you would still lose but the weight comes back fast. I'm actually inlove with the pill which is bad. - 2 months ago

Im only posting this anonymously so I don't get labled but I went threw a phase where
i thought I was fat & I was a size 12 I stayed around my friends house for about a week
and went home everyday to get clothes I told my mate I was eating at my house and then
i told my mum I was eating at her house and occanisly I ate a bag of crisps or a fruit within a week
i was a size 10 perfect I've now put twice as much weight on it was stupid idea
BUTT if you don't want to f*** up your body don't touch fizzy drinks at all eat loads of fruits
esspecialy bananas because they help you poo and drink plenty of water salald and excerise
you won't look as bloated and suck in your posture whenever you can for aslong as you can
standing up straight also helps this. :) x

I once did a crash diet. I ate around 300 cals a day. In a week I lost about 6 pounds. Kept going from there. It was nice at first but you've got to switch to the 'right way' eventually unless you want a miserable life. I (unfortunately) speak from experience.
Just don't become obsessed, k? =/.

Count calories, drink nothing but water, no junk food, eat at least one fruit a day, and try to exercise when you can. Don't keep your calorie count too low (about 1250 calories is ok), or you'll get headaches and become very weak and tired all the time. It works, might not get you the exact results you want though, considering you only have 5 days. It also depends on how much weight you want to lose within those 5 days-if it's more than 10lbs, don't even think about trying to lose it in that short amount of time. You can cause serious damage to your health.
