Am I ugly?

Well without a picture, we can't give you a real honest answer. And just because you don't get attention from guys doesn't really mean a lot. You're young, and most guys don't appreciate beauty like they do when they get a little older. Believe me, I didn't. I noticed a couple of girls at my school out of like 800. And I knoow there were more then like 4 attractive girls there. So don't automatically think it's you. Also, a lot of guys are shy when they're younger, and won't flirt with a girl, unless they think the girl likes them. So if you're shy, then that definitely affects how a guy interacts with you.

Your personality might be putting off people, maybe you look intimidating, and maybe you're constantly in a group of people so you're hard to approach?

Being 16 and not having a kiss or boyfriend isn't really a big deal. This generation thinks it's so important to whore ourselves at a young age, so at least you aren't doing that.
