Drink lots of water. Cut out soda from your diet. Exercise more. Eat a big breakfast, moderate lunch, and small dinner. (or as the saying goes breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a peasent.)Lots of fruits and veggies not a lot of sweets.
definitely cut out the sugar. drink about 6-8 glasses of water a day. eat more fruits & veggies. stretch & jog everyday. eat less and eat about 5 small meals a day
Cut all soda, that would be the biggest problem. I found out by drinking soda all the time you really don't lose anything, but drink more water it really is a big different there. Eat heathy, veggys, fruits, this is what I have been doing and it seems to be working. But you have to keep it up no slacking.
