Has anyone ever had their question/comment deleted from this site?
Update: Recently they deleted my question. Somebody posted a question about why guys like Asians and I heard that Asian women have a different shaped vagina from other races (I also heard it in the movie about Hanible lecter) and asked if this was true.

Update: Should my question have been deleted?

I can understand some of the reasons to moderate, but I do think nowadays things are getting a little too aggressive. It is actually starting to suck sometimes now, and I don't think I am alone on this. The people speaking here are a small microcosm of the larger silent unhappy majority of people who feel the same way. very few people speak up, most just silently move elsewhere.
Also to comment, I did find your question kind of offensive, and can understand why someone would not want others to read that. I however have seen much tamer questions removed for things I think are signs of being too trigger happy. - 7 months ago

Update:this site has reinstated a question of mine that was deleted. I guess they really are listening to their subscribers and are making efforts to make it pleasing for the people who make this site possible. I appreciate that and I'm sure others will too. Great job! Thanks for keeping this a wonderful site and the continuing improvements. :) - 7 months ago
Look how beautifully you put it yourself without using the D word or the C word when you posted a comment about a black male's "anatomy" below. Keep in mind that a lot of sexual material is under scrutiny on the internet and most websites don't even allow minors in just because the content is deemed inappropriate even though it might be useful to them. We are trying to do the best of both worlds where we do not limit the use of the site to adults only but try to keep the content to a decent level where anybody can get the share of information posted, by moderating as outlined by the guidelines.
So if I asked if an Asian woman's "anatomy" was different, then it would have been decent? Inappropriate to use the actual words? Why should I sugar-coat it? I think minors asking how to have three-somes is a lot worse and should be deleted, not mine! - 7 months ago
Absolutely your question should have been deleted. As covered in the help section, http://www.girlsaskguys.com/content/help.html, under the section entitled, "Why was my question, answer, or comment deleted?" submissions that are "indecent or obscene, which defame[s] anyone based on race..." will be removed.
As you indicate in your update, your question/comment related to the physiology of Asian women allegedly being significantly different than that of other women. Cognizance of the content's impact on both the general reader and a particular ethnic or cultural group is taken when looking at submissions. Postings that contain racial material are examined with scrutiny.
Those that do remain on the site do so because they were not found to be offensive and they were determined to have value by the moderator. That does not mean that any comments, questions, or answers that contain racial material express the opinion of the GirlsAskGuys team; it merely means that the submission was not found to be patently offensive by the moderator who approved it. We strive to allow for open discussion of all issues, but also want to ensure that our members enjoy their time here.
In regard to reports of offensive posts, any member who disagrees with the content is free to contact our team and let us know they found the content offensive. In such cases the submission is reviewed and removed if, on review, it is determined to be offensive.
That the stereotype was mentioned in a Hollywood production about a fictional cannibalistic serial killer does not give it redeeming value.
So it would be obscene to ask if a black guy's anatomy is bigger than other guys? We use this site to ask questions we're curious about, but I guess we can't fully do that. Maybe this site is just too POLITICALLY CORRECT. - 7 months ago
Questions, comments, answers and any other posts are deleted by our moderation team to keep the site clean, which is obvious to everyone. It also removes unrelated/spammy/nonsense content from the site so that GirlsAskGuys users don't waste their time looking at these posts while giving/getting real advice.
Another reason can be overly sexual questions. Even though we want everyone to ask and answer any questions they have in mind freely, we need to make sure one person's question does not offend/violate majority of our users. Especially when we have under 18 users seeking advice on GirlsAskGuys.
Finally, as an example, for this questions you posted "Should my question have been deleted?" as an update and as comment to every single answer. Actually 2 of this same comments to lovebird01's answer. This is considered spam and useless. If we make a quick math, if 1000 of our members read these 6 posts you made for the same sentence on this question and spend say 3 seconds, that's around 50 minutes that you wasted our users' time. :)
I've had a comment deleted before. And it should have been. I was being a jackass and shouldn't have posted it. I haven't had anything removed that shouldn't have been.
Why would you report a question if you don't agree with it don't view or answer it - 7 months ago

First of all, don't get all mad at me because it wouldn't have been taken down if it wasn't inappropriate. It was obviously spam and the person who kept posting questions was an attention whore with serious mental problems. - 7 months ago
If someone is an attention whore let them on. It's no ones business but theirs. - 7 months ago

Just a heads up, I was complimented by the admin of this site for reporting some of the posts I did. Maybe you all should take note instead of down rating my comments. - 7 months ago
I once got a comment deleted - I checked the guidelines and the reason the admin specified wasn't there.
I didn't see what was wrong with my comment, as I did say something helpful and I was attempting to cheer up the user because she was obviously unhappy, so I quoted a small line from a song and then gave her a quick opinion and it got deleted for being "Not Insightful! "
Then another time I got a poll deleted because "Big", "Average", "Skinny" and "No Preference" were answers that were "too vague" to describe what size guys lie their women! The whole point of me using vague answers was so that I could see clearly what guys liked. I mean, guys could comment a more informative answer if they felt the poll was too "vague" surely?
Hmmmm, anyway, I hope this comment doesn't get deleted for not being insightful.
I don't have a strong opinion either way but I am getting grossed out by some of the details in the sex questions. Some things are just better left unsaid.
Yes, it said becaues I duplicated the question and the other one said because it did not said that much and because it was confusion but then they were trying to be nice so they said good spelling though, =S
I think its really stupid for the guy below to report questions because people come on this site to ask questions that they can't ask the people they know because it might be too embarrassing !!personally if you can't ask any question you wish to then what is the point of this site!! ? and as for comments and questions getting deleted due to spelling etc that's more stupid because what if your dyslexic and make mistakes while writing something or your just not a good speller! like come on this is a website not a test in English !and as for reporting questions you don't have to read or answer that question so don't report it its just silly to report it!
It wasn't a question, it was someone venting their problems in all caps in multiple new threads. I wouldn't report something if it shouldn't be there. - 7 months ago
Stanley and Aedak explained the reporting reasons pretty well so I won't get into it. I want to mention that people who are using this feature to report posts are mostly our top members who give the best advice based on Best Answer feature we have. Coincidence? I don't believe so. - 7 months ago

I really would like to know, how do you know when someone deleted you on Facebook? Okay, I met some guy on Facebook. I never met him before, but I was...
