So my boyfriend has been acting so different. He is the total opposite from what he was previously like. Maybe it was because he decided to join the army, but simple things kinda tell me not. Random questions all the time like would you ever hate me and wanting to tell everyone we are engaged. We have been dating almost 2 years and now all he talks about is having a baby and getting married. What would you think?

Having been in the military I can tell you from experience that it's a life changing event. If he's been overseas like I have been, he won't be the same person he was before he left. It sounds like he's wanting a very big commitment from you as he's gotten from the Military. It seems like he's trying to transition parts of his Army life to his personal life. If your comfortable with the idea and you love him I say go for it! Most men want to get married after boot camp because they're scared if they leave, then the woman will fool around on them and they just want someone they love to come back to. Hope this helps!

Sounds to me like your boyfriend did a lot of growing up during training or his tour. He probably wants to be responsible, has become disciplined, and he's made that transition from boy to man. He wants to quit messing around and settle down. I think it's a good thing! It's very rare and you're very lucky!

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
Well I'm not usually a fan of pick up lines, I'm more the kinda guy who would just go up and say hey and take it from there.
If I had to choose one it would be something like, would it be wrong for a guy like me to start a casual conversation with a beautiful girl like you?

How do they typically respond?
It's hard to judge really, I'm quite a shy person soo I usually talk to girls online first before meeting them so there are a few things to talk about first. I've only ever used that line once and I got the girsl number afterwards soo I guess that's pretty good :)

Do I have the right approach?
