There is the deal, I like him and he told me he likes me, but he always asks me to hang out when he wants to see me. He's not asking me out, we both want to have sex but I don't let him in because I think we should be dating to do that. How should I approach him or give him the hint that he has to ask me out first?
Chances are he won't take a hint. You'll just have to tell him that it would be nice if the two of you go on a date. And after you tell him, if he acts like that would be too much effort, you'll know he isn't worth it.
Sometimes a guy really needs a kick in the ass, hints , clues, let him know how you feel, and the places you are interested in, if he really likes u, you'll find out in his answer to your hints.

If you want sex, then just have sex. The fact that both of you want to do this means you are ok with it. You don't always have to be a couple to have sex, just consulting adults. You are not an underage kid so you know what you are doing.
If you really deep into this man and want more than just sex, than you take charge and grab him. Hints do not work. Be upfront and honest. Make the communication clear and simple that he has the 'green light'.
I can understand why he is being hesitant. With sexual harassment, most men must be careful even with women we know. Another reason is that he just does not want to mess this up with you. Both are good reasons.

Well he is pretty shady if he just wants you to sleep with him before even dating you. Do not take that road! Tell him straight out that you like him and want to spend more time with him before you take things to the next level. If he's not okay with that, then I say forget him, not worth it!

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I'm not overly shy so if I see someone I like I will just start talking to them.. depends on the setting I guess. I don't do any true "pickup lines", but I do often say something like 'hey, you look nice - are you here with your friends tonight." or "Hey, having a good time" If they are interested this seems to work most of the time.
