What is the number 1 reason women get breast implants?

I have breast implants, like a couple months ago. They are great! I have never had a boyfriend before and am super duper shy. They are totally for me. I guess I could be single the rest of my life and just be happy with who I am. I don't care what other people think of me though. :)

everyone is saying it's to raise their self esteem, but what they don't realize is that it's not really SELF esteem.most people get them and then get attention from OTHER people from them, THEN they feel better about themselves.

Part of it is definitely to have a higher level of self esteem. Everyone wants to look good, and feel good about themselves.

I think it is a self esteem. Like a man's penis size, women feel larger is better, and women with little to nothing in the cup area will think they look more attractive if they were bigger.

Self esteem. If I ever got breast implants, it would absolutely be for myself, no point in trying to please other people.

Women usually get breast implants to raise their self-esteem! Simple as that or as they get older their breasts become old too and they don't want their breasts to feel old so they get implants!

I don't know about all women but if I were to go under the knife the number one reason would be for myself.

I think some girls just don't like what they've got & want more!

Number one reason? There are many reasons, but what I've observed is that it's an opportunity to have a better selection of a career and/or men. Choosing to be a model or being able to get the best guys is apparently the number 1 reason, and I certainly can't blame them.

But there are other reasons too, such as having more confidence, and other reasons.

Well I have a friend that got breast implants to please her boyfriend so that is another reason

And another one of my friends wanted to get implants to "spice up" her love life

They want to feel better about themselves because in the modern world, the media has made them feel that having small breasts is not sexy.
