These ladies are absolutely correct . Not really a lot to add . But you should definitely drink at least a gallon a day . I knew a guy who lost 30 lbs by drinking a ton of water and just eating healthier . Obviously if you exercise, you can lose weight and tone your body . But these ladies hit everything else .

If you eat salty foods, you're body will retain water and you'll look bloated but once you pee it goes away . Also drinking plenty of water will make you feel full, so make sure you still eat, you don't want to get an eating disorder, they're not fun or attractive .
