Remember: Cute is very personal to a guy. What turns on one guy may not turn on another.

But for me personally. Cute is first of all in the face.
Then in her personality. If she's kinda shy, a little nervous that's kinda cute. A Girl that's all over the place and very chatty and noisy is not so cute.
