You should go out with the one who you have a stronger connection with. Forget about the superficial details. Sit back and think which one do you actually really like and see yourself with. The one you picture at your side? THAT'S the one you should go for. Don't go with one or the other just because you think she's the easiest one to catch.

Now if all you want is to hook up and have fun then go with the one who responds to your moves first. But if you want a relationship then go with the one who you build a real connection with and genuinely like.

Also, the quiet girl may only be quiet now because she's shy but once you get her to trust you, like you she might very well open up a lot more.

Hmm. Lets see the best answer. I think honestly you should go for the talks more. Because it sounds like you guys will always have something to say to each other (no one likes those awkward moments in relationships! ) but if you'll still torn. Spent a little time with each one and go from there.

Think about it which one do you want by your side? Well sometimes its not as easy as that but sometimes it is but when its not just do what I did a couple times make a T chart and divide the reasons why you like each one of them then when your done cross out the ones that are even or equal then make another one with the things you don't like about them the cross out the ones that are alike or equal and there should be an answer but if not look at the reasons you didn't cancel out and decide which qualities do you want well that's a logical way to do things or you can always get closer to both of them as a friend then make the choice later once you know which one you want

I would go with the younger one always unless you just want to have fun an not to get serious about this relationship. Now why the younger one not because she talks more but First because girls mature sooner than boys so she is more your level and you should have more in common. Second the fact that she talks more may only be because she is younger when she get older she may not have as much to say maybe I don't know.
Third the younger one and you can grow together the older one may have a tendency of knowing it all because she is older and wiser.
