Just goes to show you that once you get sufficiently horny, you lose total brain function.

Chances are low in this situation. Not quite the right time for you to get pregnant easily. Precum can have sperm in it but its trace amounts and it is rare to actually get pregnant from that alone.
Personally I wouldn't trust a guy whose whole response to a pregnancy worry is 'I got it under control' That is an immature response and he deserves to smacked upside the head.
