Well your broken up. So unless you have plans on getting back together you are free and single to date. But suggestion though. Dating your ex's friends might start some drama that being single doesn't come with. Might not want to go there. Just MHO
I would say you should give it 1 to 2 months before you make a new relationship official. Just out of respect for your ex's feeling. If you don't care about her then go for it! haha
It depends on each individual. I think you should see how your ex would feel about it before you make any decisions. If she's still trying to get over the break up I don't think you dating someone else at this time is a good idea.
