So there's this guy I sit behind in class who is always touching my feet. He reaches around the back of his desk (where my feet are almost always propped up on the basket underneath the desk) to do it.
At first it started out with him grabbing my foot as a joke to surprise me during class, which I didn't mind. But today, he brushed his hand against my foot three times. I was thinking it might have been an accident, but the way he did it was strange; it was more prolonged than usual, and almost like a weird petting thing. And he had to know it was my foot. I was wearing flip-flops! When he did it, I quickly moved my foot back. I didn't even know what to say to that.
And what's even weirder is, we very rarely talk. He occasionally smiles at me, but it's mostly the foot thing hahaha.
I know this is an odd question, but if anyone has any insight on what it could possibly be, such as a creep with foot fetish (haha), please share. I can't help but wonder about this one.
I have a foot fetish. Do not make fun of him for this. Have lunch with him maybe and kindly ask, "What fascinates you about feet." Let him talk and then you can talk. For me, I do not think it a bad idea for you two to keep sitting in front of each other.

I think he likes you and he is just trying to make you talk to him and since he is shy he wants you to start the conversation and about the foot fetish I just think that's the only way he can think of to try to start a conversation with you because its within his reach lol so its probably not foot fetish lol

How do they typically respond?
They usually give me that "what an idiot" look. And then I laugh and let them know that I am aware that the line is bad, but it's worse to not meet someone that you are interested in. Typically I get a positive response to that; everyone wants to do well in the dating game and the ladies know that even the best players miss a pitch or two.
