Well I am 17 and this girl I like is 18 and she is a freshmen in college and I go to band with her but we talk to each other and she knows I like her but does she like me? When ever I do something dumb like drop papers or get in trouble by the teacher she looks at me and smile's or when I walk somewhere or coming back to class she looks at me and smile's is that a sign that she likes me or no? Someone help me please
It could be a sign. But she could also be laughing at how clumsy you are. Try to see if she looks at you and smile when you DON'T do something like dropping papers. Try to hang out with her more to get a feel of how she acts around you. But generally smiling and eye contact is a good sign, but in your case it could just be because you dropped papers.
