Alright before you get the wrong idea, let me fill you in:

-I'm 17, he's turning 15 in a month.

-He's considerably taller than me. I kind of look like I'm 15.

-I've never been comfortable with the idea of dating or liking a guy any more than a year younger than me. But over the past few months I've realized there's no stopping my feelings, I REALLY like this guy. Sure he's immature, but that doesn't phase me, I think he's hilarious. I know he likes me back, and I'm taking him to my senior prom. All the seniors love him, they joke around and call him a senior.

But what do you guys think about me liking a freshman? Is it weird? A few months ago I wouldve thought it was weird, but I don't even see him as a freshman anymore.

Many people will say that it would be weird since you are in your teenage years, but as you get older, then it'd be normal, but to me, I think it is fine. I use to think like that too. I actually use to like girls older than I was (around 2 years) and thought I would not like any girls younger, but then recently (few months back), I noticed it is not wrong to, since you cannot help your feelings. I thought it seemed weird too, since sometimes they may look too young, but it is all up to you, if you want to make any moves. I think it is cute and very nice. It is normal to be in love, with whomever, without thinking about anything physical about him.

At first glance it seems odd, but I can remember teaching classes with all levels of students in there. Some of the freshman were much more mature than juniors and seniors, so it depends on the person. If he's mature enough for you and it's bringing good things rather than trouble or ridicule, then I don't see a problem.

My opinion: You'll be out of high school before you know it! By the time you're 25, the age difference is NOTHING! The true test of your relationship will be the college years. Give it a go!

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
First, a little spontaneity I would ask my date to meet me somewhere -- A museum, or park, some place in which casual conversation could be backed by something visual stimulating. A nice dress shirt, something not just a "button down", jeans and either nice shoes, or matching casual sneakers
The date should end with each of us wanting to know more about each other. Unless...

Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
That there is more to find out... no, lol --> An introduction to my lifestyle, what I am currently doing and how I spend my free time. Maybe introduce something that I've been thinking about, so that next time, there can be a follow-up to it. Of course I would make sure she knows about my hobbies, and maybe one fun fact, like my celebrity relative or my 5-minutes of fame.

Would you date me?
