I would say YES he does want you. Guys are very simple. We are pretty obvious if we like a girl. We will stare, want to talk to, hang out with you all the time.

Guys are not subtle creatures, you must be saying this because he has dropped some huge hints any winks or a smile and so on?

It is likely he is doing something subconsciously. For instance his body language and eye contact are probably different around you and showing indicators of attraction. Because females are much more adept at picking up on body language and attraction indicators, I'd say it is quite possible that you picked up on his attraction towards you ;)

I've had that feeling but as much as men say they are simple creatures. They so are NOT. They'll give you all these signs and signals that say they like you, they'll even say they're into you but then they'll do something that shows the complete opposite and push us away. I don't understand them really. The thing about some of them is that they tend to act flirtatious or uber nice to most girls hence giving off that 'i like you' vibe when in reality is just a friendly vibe. But yes, I've had times when I've gotten the strong impression that a guy likes me. However he never pursued me and me being kind of shy left it just hanging in the air. You might regret not doing anything to find out if he does or doesn't.

My best advice, if you are a ballsy chick (I know I'm NOT haha but maybe you are more courageous than me? ) straight up ask him. Maybe say something like "I get the feeling you might like me am I crazy? " or if you like him too and don't want to be that straightforward say, "You should call me sometime and maybe we can go catch a movie (or insert other activity you like)".
