Just wondering ladies. Would any of you be interested in the guy that likes to stay home in front of his computer all day, loves video games, loves anime, cosplay's for conventions, I guess in other words a computer/game nerd?

Just wondering :]

Update: Luckily I moved on from being this guy, but I assume moderation of this is ok?    2 months ago

Update: Thanks everyone! =]    2 months ago

Well it all really depends. Do you have a life outside your computer at all? Do you get out at least sometimes? I mean I like the computer, but I also get out sometimes too. As long as you have good hygiene and have a life outside that, sure why not. I'd date you.

Umm. No, not really. Personally, I love anime and cosplay, but if you have no life outside your home, then don't expect a girl to fall you so easily. Try being more active.

I don't really care if they are a nerd, I was a book worm in grade 9 but now I am a popular girl in grade 11. I would date you but if your not clean and you smell like Bo then I would have to say no. But in your pic you look cute lol. I would so date a Computer/game nerd.

Ehh, I like guys that are sporty/preppy/skater. My brother is a lot like you. I say give up the games, and go shopping. Girls like guys that shop and care about their outer looks too. but when you think about it, they should like you for who you are (:

Question Asker I actually did give up games, and due to some influence of room mates, I semi like shopping for my clothes. But still having that part of me should be ok right? If not the girls is not for me? - 2 months ago
Answerer Hmmm. If that part of you doesn't show up as much on dates/ etc, then the girl should like you. A typical girl loves shopping& a guy that would shop with her, and hold her bags is a major turn on. I'm not saying that you have to, or that I personally do that. Ahaha. Again, a girl should like you for who you are, if they can't accept a little nerdyness if you, then it's not worth trying to get someone, unless they actually like you. :D I hope that helped. - 2 months ago

Keeping it 100% real - no.

Sits at home on the computer ALL DAY and a game nerd? That's not really attractive to most girls. Maybe you might meet a she-nerd at a convention or something, but you would have a lot more luck if you got more social.

Well, if he's cute, great personality and has good hygiene, I would. As long as he didn't spend 24/7 doing those things and put time and effort in me and our relationship. I don't want to compete with games and computers for my guy's attention. However, don't expect me to sit and watch anime with him lol I'd play some video games with him though, they can be fun. He'd have to be outgoing as well and fun. Willing to get out of the house and socialize, it can't all be games and computers.

Now, if he's like those dorks on beauty and the geek then no, I'd never date him. Those types are just awkward and really nerdy.

Get out of the house man.

If you're 14-18, it's acceptable but it's time to move on from those things or else you'll fall behind the social curve.

Just like partying, studying, working and eating. Excess in anything is not attractive and it's up to you to find the healthy balance for your subjective goals.
