That depends on what "sex appeal" is. "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder" the same with sex appeal. What is sexy to one is not to another. "Birds of the same feather flock together", but some times "opposites attracts". Each individual has their own way. Don't try and be someone you're not, nor try to impress otherwise you'll attract the wrong kind of "birds", but if you are your own true bird you'll find the right fit for you.

Lol I was just kidding, no it doesn't mean your ugly, different people have different things that appeal to them sexually, its different for everyone. Sex appeal to me means that a girl has to have big boobs, and a nice ass. But I don't think you have to have sex appeal, to have sex. No one in general is ugly. That's just mean. But innocent to me, is school girl, just out there to have fun.
No sex appeal isn't the main thing that makes you gorgeous. It does have some influence if you're talking about gorgeous on the inside opposed to how you look. Some girls have sex appeal, and I guess this gives them the appearance of being "sexy" to guys. But there's so many other appearances a girl can be. Like the girl next door, or the smart, pretty girl in class. Just like there's cliques of people, there's cliques of how a girl presents herself. But honestly if you have confidence then most bad qualities won't matter much.
If you're talking about sex appeal as in if the girl can act sexy or not and be attractive to a guy for sexy, then it all really depends on the girl and how comfortable she is with things like that. But I really think all girls have that sex appeal, they just need to get on a good comfort level.
